Abstract
Theory of coagulation of colloid particles with different types of attractive interaction in a shear flow is proposed. The theory may be used for the aggregation of blood thrombocytes. Activated thrombocytes are considered as rigid spherical particles interacting due to the van der Waals attraction and biochemical specific interactions. Simple analytical expression of biospecific interaction force is evaluated taking into account the kinetics of intracell bonds formation.
