Abstract

A malalignment of adjacent vertebral bodies, also known as spondylolisthesis, is not an uncommon finding in patients with degenerative lumbar disease. In many instances this may be a painful condition which may contribute to limited function and overall quality of life. Although pain from spondylolisthesis can be multifactorial, there are a variety of conservative treatment options which can be helpful as part of the treatment paradigm. These options will be more closely examined in this chapter.
