Abstract
A case of intracranial meningioma with involvement of the temporal bone is demonstrated. Microscopic horizontal sections revealed the direct extension of the tumor to the internal auditory meatus and invasion of the bone marrow spaces by tumor cells. The clinical picture is discussed in relation to the pathologic findings.
