Abstract
AUA clinical guidelines recommend upper tract imaging and cystoscopy for all patients with microscopic or gross hematuria. Cystoscopy remains the gold standard for lower tract imaging. The pertinent question, however, is which imaging modality is preferred for evaluation of the upper tract?
