N2 - Frontal sinus malignancies are rare tumors of the paranasal sinuses. They often present as late-stage diseases and are most often caused by secondary involvement from an inferiorly based paranasal sinus tumor. Primary frontal sinus malignancies represent ∼1% of paranasal sinus malignancies and are most commonly adenocarcinomas. A high index of suspicion must be maintained to diagnose these malignancies; advanced imaging is used for this purpose. These tumors rarely respond to nonsurgical therapy, and primary resection is the treatment method of choice.
