ChatGPT has become increasingly popular, and the general public may use this tool to ask questions about different medical conditions. There is a lack of data showing if ChatGPT is able to provide reliable information on medical conditions to the general public. The aim of our study is to assess the accuracy and appropriateness of ChatGPT answers to questions on inguinal hernia management.
