Abstract

In this study, the interactions of SPARC with extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, such as collagen I and fibronectin, are visualized and analyzed by atomic force microscopy (AFM). Their influence on cell adhesion is examined. This work provides a better understanding of the molecular mechanism of SPARC's counter-adhesive properties.
