Abstract
Twenty patients with urinary incontinence 3 or more months after a cerebrovascular accident were studied with a complete urodynamic evaluation. Computerized tomography was performed to localize the area of brain injury. A correlation of various types of brain injury and voiding dysfunction was then established. These observations may be of value in the prediction and appropriate management of voiding dysfunction after a cerebrovascular accident.
