Abstract
1. A case of outer and middle ear malformation associated with mandibulo-facial dysostosis and genito-urinary tract abnormality was described. 2. An otitis media was observed bilaterally. 3. Clinical testing of auditory and vestibular function was correlated with the anatomical pathology. 4. The outer and middle ear malformations were of severe degree.
