Abstract
Diverticular disease of the duodenum and colon occurs frequently; however, diverticular disease of the jejunum is very uncommon. Jejunal diverticulosis is an acquired condition that is usually asymptomatic and often becomes clinically pertinent only when complicated. Complications occur in 10% - 30% of patients and include diverticulitis with or without perforation, bleeding, and intestinal obstruction. We present three cases of complicated jejunal diverticulosis with emphasis on imaging findings and review of the literature.
