Abstract
Cecal epiploic appendagitis is a rare consideration in the differential diagnosis of acute right lower quadrant pain. We present an unusual case of a 12-year-old male with right sided abdominal pain who underwent laparoscopy and was found to have cecal epiploic appendagitis with secondary reactive appendicitis.
