Abstract
The purpose of this paper is twofold. First we report the results of a recently completed study in which two frequently used agents, metoclopramide and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), were compared. Second, we review recent trials with several antiemetic agents and examine trends observed in current antiemetic clinical research.
